Ordering, Delivery & Redemption

How do I order and receive my vouchers?

As soon as your order’s confirmed and payment has been received, your vouchers are ready to download from your account. Because delivery is instant, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded after payment.

How long are vouchers valid and where can they be used?

Most vouchers are valid for at least six months and can usually be used either online or at the box office — just follow the redemption info included.

Are there any extra fees or restrictions?

Some cinemas may charge standard booking or upgrade fees (like for 3D or IMAX). Vouchers are for regular film screenings only — not for special events or private hires.

What if there’s an issue with a voucher?

If a code doesn’t work, just send us the details and we’ll fix it. Expired vouchers, though, can’t be extended or replaced — those rules come from the cinemas.

I bought the wrong voucher type — what now?

Mistakes happen! Email us at cinemasocietyvouchers@wearespark.com with your order number and place a new order for the correct vouchers. Once the new order is confirmed, we’ll void the incorrect one and process your refund in line with our policy.

Pricing, Discounts & Margins

How does voucher pricing and discounting work?

Prices are based on cinema rates and how many vouchers you order — the more you buy, the better your discount. Discounts vary slightly between cinemas and times, but we keep them competitive.

Film Classifications & Age Restrictions

Are there age limits or usage restrictions?

All cinemas follow BBFC film ratings, so age rules still apply. Child vouchers are usually valid up to age 14, and vouchers are for standard screenings only — not live events or private bookings

Payments & Security

What payment options do you offer?

You’ve got a few ways to pay: • Credit/Debit Card: Pay instantly and download your vouchers right away. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. • Pay on Invoice: Choose this if you’d rather receive an invoice first — we’ll release your vouchers once payment clears. • Pay on Credit: Want a credit account? Email us at cinemasocietyvouchers@wearespark.com for an application form. Once approved, you can order straight away and pay within 30 days.

Are payments secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted, and we never store card details. Everything runs through Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors around.
